I’m Lê Đức Hòa, a Digital Marketer with a background in programming and over 5 years of hands-on experience in advertising, automation, video production, and CRM.

I approach marketing with a systems-thinking mindset — blending logic, data, and creative execution. I’ve led and executed various campaigns across high-end real estate, industrial products, cosmetics, and digital services. My role goes beyond execution: I plan strategies, organize teams, measure performance, and optimize customer funnels.

I have managed a freelancer team of 3–5 people as an in-house mini agency, implementing marketing automation systems using N8N, achieving ROAS of 4x–6x and reducing CPA by 35% in large-scale campaigns.

One of my campaigns in the cosmetics niche (small-scale brand) generated consistent revenue of 300–500 million VND per month over 3–5 months. In the luxury real estate sector, my team helped drive total sales volume ranging from 200 to over 1,000 billion VND, depending on the project and timeline.
